All student parking passes will be sold online, through FamilyID, for the 2024-25 school year. You will need to set up an account in FamilyID if you do not already have an account. Sales will begin for SENIORS only on Wednesday, July 17, 2024, at 8 a.m. Please see the dates below for more information. Parking passes are restricted to students in grades 11 and 12 for the first semester. If any spots are available, 10th graders can purchase them at the start of the second semester. - July 17–August 2nd: Seniors Only
- August 5–January 17: Juniors and Seniors
- The application process will close at 11:55 p.m. on Friday, January 17. It will reopen on Tuesday, January 21 with any unclaimed passes for students in 10th–12th grade who would still like to get a pass.
- If all passes have been purchased, you may register for the waitlist option.
2024-25 Student Parking Pass Information
- Student passes will be $55 for the 2024-25 school year.
- Sales will be on a first-come, first-served basis, following the timelines above.
- During the purchase process, students will be required to select a zone. A specific spot will be assigned by staff based on the order in which the passes are purchased. Example: The fourth student to select zone 2 will be assigned spot #120.
- Parking stickers will be distributed during the open house. If not attending open house you can pick up your sticker on the first day of school.
- The purchase of parking passes will be a two-step process. You will first complete an application for your parking pass and upload your documents in the FamilyID portal. Cuthbertson Parking Pass Registration Link . Your application will then be reviewed by a CHS employee. Once your application is approved you will be sent an approval email with instructions on how to pay for your parking pass. Payment will be through the new SchoolCash payment page this year. Please note this is different from prior years, you will not make payment at the same time you have completed the application.You will receive 2 emails from FamilyID, one saying that you have submitted the application and the second when your application has been approved. Approval alone does not guarantee you a parking pass, payment must be received prior to picking up the pass.
- If you already have a FamilyID account, you can use that account to sign in and complete the parking pass application process. If you do not have a FamilyID account you will need to create one inorder to complete the application for a parking pass.
- Students are only eligible to purchase parking passes if they have a valid driver’s license, their vehicle is properly registered, they are fully insured and all outstanding school fees are paid. If a student tries to purchase a parking pass and does not have a valid driver’s license their application will be denied and parking fee returned. **Note, the license that is uploaded to the application must be valid.If using a file from last year please check that the license is still valid** There will be no exceptions!
- Students that attempt to purchase a parking pass prior to their assigned day will be denied their parking privilege request and not be issued a pass.
