  • MRHS 2025-26 Parking Information and Registration 

    Please Read Carefully 

     

    This notice outlines the process for requesting a parking space and vehicle permit for the 2025-2026 school year. After reading all the information contained within, if you have any additional questions, please reach out to Elizabeth Smith at elizabethn.smith@ucps.k12.nc.us

     

    All applicants are required to read:   MRHS Parking Rules and Regulations

     

    New Parking Platform: ParkingBoss, a parking management system for the 2025-2026 school year.

     

    Cost: $65 non-refundable. The sticker replacement cost is also $25.00

    Register Only One Car Per Student: Stickers are not transferable.

     

    Registration Password and Opening Date:

    Seniors: Senior parents will be sent their passcode on Thursday, July 10th, via text and email.  Registration for Seniors will open Monday, July 14th at 10:00am. Registration link below.

    Juniors and Seniors: Junior parents will be sent their passcode on Wednesday, July 23 via text and email and registration for both Juniors and Seniors will re-open on Monday, July 28 at 10:00 am. Registration link below. 

     

    Computers are the best tool for registration: Mobile devices do not work as well.

     

    Current/Not Expired Items to Have on Hand: Prepare the items listed below before starting the request and registration process so that you have the best chance to secure the parking space you want. If you attach documents that are incorrect, expired, or that do not meet the requirements, your request for a parking space will be moved to the end of the queue.

    You will have 5 minutes to complete the process of adding this information to your space request.

    1. Student Name, phone number, and email address (do not use UCPS email as emails from ParkingBoss may not come through)
    2. Password (texted and emailed to Senior parents July 10th and to Junior parents July 23rd)
    3. License Plate Number
    4. Vehicle make, model, color 
    5. Valid Driver’s License (jpeg, png format - NO PDFs or NO Heic) 
    6. Proof of Current Insurance (jpeg, png format - NO PDFs or NO Heic)
    7. Proof of Vehicle Registration (jpeg, png format - NO PDFs or NO Heic)
    8. A credit card for the parking fee (Visa, MC, Discover, Amex, GooglePay, ApplePay)

    Parking Sticker Distribution: Parking Sticker Distribution will coincide with Chromebook distribution the first week in August.
