      IC Parent Account FAQ

      • Tips:
      • There is no UCPS generic activation code.  Activation codes are unique to each person creating an account and are sent to the email you provided in the application process.
      • In Step 6, when you click "NEW USER" you are to create your own user name and your own password. 
      • After you have logged in and the system asks you to provide a security email, and then asks for a campus password, it means the password you used in step 6.  A password you created and used in Step 6.
      • If you receive errors regarding guardianship, or other errors that can’t be solved by following the above steps, please email MRHS@ucps.k12.nc.us and include your name, contact number , your student's name and the specific error you are receiving. 

       

      Returning students can log in to NCEdCloud using the same username and password they used last year.  Once in NCEdCloud, they should look for the NCSIS icon:
