Degrees and Certifications:

Mrs. Jennifer B. Williams

Mrs. Williams was born and raised in Union County. She graduated from Piedmont High School in 2003. She received her undergraduate degree for Elementary Education from UNC Charlotte in 2006 and her Masters in Library Science from ECU in 2008. She began working for UCPS in 2007 at Parkwood Middle School as a School Library Media Coordinator. She then transferred to Union Elementary in 2009 working in the same position and is now thrilled to be working at Parkwood High School since January 2017.

Mrs. Williams loves working at Parkwood High because she is able to work collaboratively with teachers, students, and other staff members. Her favorite part of being a School Library Media Coordinator is learning about new technology in education and then teaching the staff and students how to incorporate it into the school setting. She loves to watch students get excited and feel successful in their learning when new technology is introduced to them.

Mrs. Williams lives with her husband and two children on their family farm in Union County. Mrs. Williams enjoys spending lots of time with her family especially her two children, Carleigh and Jaxson. She also loves reading, photography, video editing and attending tractor/farm events with her husband.
