Cuthbertson High School NC Report Card

  • Dear Cuthbertson High School Stakeholders,

It is an honor and a privilege to serve this wonderful community as we return for the 2021-2022 school year. Since its birth as a school community in 2009, Cuthbertson High School has enjoyed a tenure of academic excellence and continuous growth.

Once a year, the State of North Carolina provides us with updates on our school’s achievements through the North Carolina School Report Card. This Report Card includes important information about school and student performance, class sizes, attendance, school safety, instructional resources, and teacher quality. There also is information about how our school measured against state and federal targets and the number of suspensions and expulsions in our school. Report data is available for our school district and for the state’s education system as a whole. I encourage you to spend time studying this expansive report.

However, numbers only tell part of the story.  In addition to being identified as an “A+” school by the state of North Carolina, Cuthbertson is proud to offer top-notch athletic teams, fine arts programs and leadership opportunities.  The fact that 95% of our graduates move on to higher education institutions, is a reflection of the quality comprehensive education offered and supported within our entire school community.

Through a total commitment of all involved stakeholders, Cuthbertson High School has established itself as one of the best high schools in the state.  With a continued commitment to this excellence, we will do everything within our power to maintain this prestigious position.  We ask for your continuous support as we all work together to make Cuthbertson High School the best it can be.

    Thank you,

    Jeffery Stout

    Principal, Cuthbertson High School
