Media Center Staff:
- Monday through Friday - 7:30 a.m. to 3:40 p.m. (open until 4 p.m. or later upon request-see Media Coordinator)
Library Policies and Expectations:
- Students are welcome to use the Media Center before and after school. A pass is required to use the Media Center during class periods if not with a class. As students enter the Media Center they must sign in on the laptop on the podium.
- Students are expected to be respectful of the Media Center, the materials, and the patrons. Please be considerate of the other students and staff who use the facility.
- No food or drinks are allowed in the Media Center.
- Circulation Policy:
Regular library materials may be checked out for a period of two weeks. Reference materials may also be checked out overnight.
- Overdue Notices:
Students are expected to pay for lost or damaged books. Overdue notices will be distributed once per 6 weeks.
This year's book contest is called #READ and will be held 3 times-Fall, Winter and Spring.
Fall 2018 Book Contest-The contest has ended and winners' names will be on the scrolling announcements in the cafeteria. Winners should come to the Media Center Oct. 22nd-26th during lunch to pick up their prize and get their picture taken. Big thanks to everyone who entered the contest!
Guess How Many Contests!
November Contest-There were 143 Lifesavers in the jar for the Nov. contest and Edwin Lopez guessed the closest with 135! He won the whole jar!
December Contest-The holiday book tree is up and guessing ends on Dec. 13th! The closest without going over wins a movie ticket and a free appetizer from Texas Roadhouse!
Stop in during January, February and May to make your guesses on the themed candy jars!

It's time to learn, create and make! This year the PR Media Center will sponsor a Maker Series where students and staff come together to create and take home a project. Sign up using the links below for the events that will be held from 3:00-4:00 p.m. in the Media Center on the dates listed below. Students and staff must register to attend the events!
First Semester Workshops
October-Spooky Jars-Thanks to Mrs. Goldberg for donating many of our jars. We had a great time making our ghost and pumpkin spooky jars!
November-Melted Crayon Art-Great job, melted crayon artists! Special thanks to Mrs. Crowley and Mrs. Broadbent for loaning us their hair dryers!
