Ms. Elizabeth Bartell is from Gainesville, Florida and attended the University of Florida earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies. She then went on to attend Winthrop University earning a Master’s degree in School Counseling. She has worked for Union County Public Schools as a School Counselor since 2006 and then transitioned to CTE to become the Career Development Coordinator at Parkwood High from 2014 until 2021 and now is the CDC at CATA. Ms. Bartell enjoys singing, theater, reading, hiking and traveling. She is a big Florida Gator Football fan and also has 4 children.
