- PRHS Advanced Placement Contract- this form is to be filled out if you plan to select an AP course for the 22-23 school year
- PRHS Peer Tutor Agreement- PRHS offers 3 types of tutoring opportunities. This form allows the counselors to better suit your needs during course selection.
- PRHS Virtual Course Permission form - Each student requesting to take an NC virtual or UC virtual class must have this permission form filled out by a parent.
