Office of School Performance

  • The Chief of School Performance supports the superintendent and leads his team in overseeing all areas of school performance, student accountability, and federal programs.

    • We lead 53 UCPS principals to promote continuous improvement of schools and school leaders by ensuring effective leadership and efficient management.
    • We coach and mentor school leaders, drive school transformation efforts, promote student engagement through community partnerships, and foster collaboration among school leaders across buildings.
    • We provide necessary support to school leaders to enhance their effectiveness and meet the needs of their schools.
