Family Engagement in Union County Public Schools is a partnership between schools and families to make connections while building a positive culture within the school. UCPS is committed to championing parent voice, two-way communication, and co-creating solutions with families to ensure the well-being of our students, families, and community.

To support family engagement efforts, UCPS has a district specialist and each Title I school has a Parent Engagement Liaison who is responsible for keeping families engaged, connecting them with resources and assisting parent groups with activities and workshops to increase participation.
