Supporting Learning with the AIG Academy
Union County Public Schools is proud to recognize the dedicated teachers, counselors, and administrators who have completed the AIG Academy—a year-long professional learning course focused on meeting the needs of academically and intellectually gifted learners.
The AIG Academy helps educators deepen their understanding of gifted learners, explore strategies for advanced instruction, and strengthen their ability to support students both academically and emotionally. Participants learn how to design differentiated lessons, recognize potential in diverse learners, and build learning environments that challenge students appropriately.
Families benefit from this work every day. When educators are trained through the AIG Academy, they are better equipped to recognize gifted potential, adjust instruction to meet student needs, and support the growth of advanced learners in every classroom.
We are grateful for the commitment of our AIG Academy graduates and their continued work to help students thrive.
UCPS educators who are interested in signing up for our next cohort can find more information on our AIG Academy website.
