Union County Public Schools (UCPS) values parent and community engagement, and we know these partnerships play a critical role in maintaining a successful school system. The Union County community is extremely generous in its support for UCPS students and staff, and there has been a long history of involvement from parents, businesses and community members.

Through Strategic Plan 2022, it is our goal to connect schools with business and community groups to provide resources for students and staff. In addition, we plan to improve and develop family organizations at schools with low engagement.

We welcome partnerships to support the following:

• Create opportunities for academic growth, college and career readiness, social and emotional development
• Address a particular need at a school or in the district
