Records Request

  • Contact the student's last UCPS school of attendance to request EC records.  Signed parent consent must be provided in order for the school to release EC records.  If you need additional assistance, contact Shelly Edwards at shelly.edwards@ucps.k12.nc.us or 704-296-6387.
